Vocaloid sensation Hatsune Miku—a Japanese singing hologram who’s even opened for acts like Lady Gaga—arrived in New York City last night to perform on the Late Show with David Letterman. Though Miku and Letterman wave to each other at the end of her performance, you can tell Letterman is like, “Man, I am way too old for this. Why is this even happening. Why does she have blue pigtails? I need to go home and listen to some vinyl. I’m so glad I only have to do this job another few months.”
