The amazing Dame Helen Mirren has been doing a lot of talking lately about sexism in the film industry. This time, at a Power Women breakfast hosted by The Wrap, Mirren was asked about the Maggie Gyllenhaal situation, where she was turned down for a role because she is “too old” to play the lover of a 55 year old actor. Check out what Mirren has to say about it in the video above, and prepare to love her even more than you already did.
