As the Star Wars canon continues to grow (after it shrank a bit first), we have so much more to love—and poke good-natured fun at. How It Should Have Ended has finally taken on Rogue One, and while their take is enjoyable as usual, an expanded scene around Vader’s bad joke steals the show for me and has left me suddenly feeling much more fond of that part of the movie.

Of course, Rogue One‘s actual ending was kind of a gut punch, but … well, there’s a lot to love about how things go for our band of misfits in this version. Enjoy!
