Whether you liked the Suicide Squad movie or not, you probably watched it and thought, Oh man. The Honest Trailer basically writes itself! Well, check out the Honest Trailer, in which they talk about how…this Honest Trailer basically wrote itself.

From the screenwriter’s love affair with exposition — both of the plot-driven, and the emotional variety — to Katana being there for who knows why, to the Joker not being in it very much at all, this Honest Trailer hits all the points you’d expect. Whether or not you find it funny probably depends on whether or not any of these things interfered with your enjoyment of the movie and/or how much you find the statement of tru fax hilarious.
