It is a truth universally acknowledged that Eisner Award-winning artist Janet Lee is incredibly rad, and if you’re a Jane Austen fan who’d like to see Lee bring the Bennets to life, now’s the time to head over to the Kickstarter for her illustrated Pride and Prejudice!

Lee, who’s previous work includes Emma and Northanger Abbey comics for Marvel as well as the wonderful The Dapper Men (with Jim McCann) for Archaia has just 7 hours left to reach her $20,000 goal for this new project. Lee is looking to fund a project featuring twelve full-color, full page illustrations as well as twenty partial-page black and white illustrations and a cover by award-winning artist Jean Masetti.

You can check out all the sweet, sweet backer incentives over on Lee’s Kickstarter.
