6-year-old Avery Huffman, who was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) last month, received a voicemail from Disney princess Anna who had a special surprise for her. In the video, Anna greets Avery and tells her that because she’s been “such a good girl” and “so brave,” Elsa has made her an honorary princess!

Avery knows that things are still not normal for her physically, but she knows more than anything, she’s got tens, hundreds, thousands (and if the YouTube video is an indicator), even millions of people rooting for her and pulling for her.‘Everyone wants me to feel better.’ She says that every day
