Be still our hearts! Could it be true? Lexi Alexander returning to the superhero universe?

One of our original top choices to direct the Wonder Woman movie (or Captain Marvel, you know, we’re pretty flexible), Alexander is a former World Karate and Kickboxing Champion. She’s familiar with the comic book landscape, having previously directed 2008’s Punisher: War Zone, among a bunch of other things.

Given her background of kicking major butt, how great would an Alexander-directed episode of Arrow be? Last episode we were given a throwaway line about Laurel learning how to fight, and we’re due for some epic Canary bad-assery. Plus, it might give Alexander some additional cred for when Captain Marvel comes along. What do you guys think? Let’s speculate wildly!
