On the one hand, Marvel Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher was written by long-time X-Men and Dirk & Steele series writer Marjorie Liu and features not just Black Widow in a major role, but also Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel. That’s very intriguing. On the other… well I wouldn’t say the trailer glorifies, exactly, but it certainly doesn’t hide the fact that the movie’s got a serious case of Physics Defying Boobs. I mean, technically there’s no evidence of Gainaxing in its most classic form, but trailers that pan up the lead female character’s body but cut away before we see her face set off my alarms. Hopefully Liu’s writing will be the most noticeable thing about the full film.

She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
