Well at least we now know it’s not only Americans who slip up and call The Doctor “Doctor Who.” To be fair, Victoria Wood started it, Matt Smith was only trying to be polite. Of course The Doctor was referred to as “Dr. Who” when Peter Cushing played him but if the top comment on the YouTube page is any indication, fans still take the issue very seriously.
