Everyone knows that the original Star Wars movies made its bank through merchandising and toy deals. It figures then, that the marketing blitz for The Force Awakens has been super aggressive, and it also figures that Stephen Colbert is totally going to make fun of that. Because he’s Colbert.

Truth is, Colbert’s a Star Wars superfan, and watching him get all bright-eyed and geeky about showing off his original Star Wars bath set (actually a thing!) is nothing short of endearing. But after he lays into the Star Wars Cover Girl line–which we’re still pretty excited about, by the way–that’s when we make the jump to lightspeed.

I mean… Star Wars Eggs? You know that stuff would sell like hotcakes. Because, well… you need them to make hotcakes. You see what I did there?
