Well, okay, not Mission: Impossible, but the upcoming Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, a movie whose title can only have come from this conversation:

Producer A: Can we give it as silly a spy movie name as Quantum of Solace?

Producer B: No, it’s grammatically impossible.

Producer A: Well, then can we throw multiple kinds on un-voiced punctuation in it, so everyone who writes about it will have to double check the location of them?

Producer B: CAN WE EVER!

But watching Simon Pegg make a name for himself as “the guy who does technical stuff” in blockbuster action movies isn’t the only reason we’re kind of interested in seeing M:I – GP.

The movie is also the live action directorial debut of Brad Bird, the man responsible for The Iron Giant, The Incredibles, and Ratatouille. We’re really interested to see what he does with an improbable fourth Mission: Impossible movie. Bird’s talent with action sequences is front and center in The Incredibles, more subtle in The Iron Giant, so giving him a movie focused on them seems like a great opportunity for entertainment. Watching his first non-animated feature film seems like another.

Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
