Elle UK Video Shows How Badly We Need #MoreWomen in Positions of Power

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that provide the sharpest commentary. Elle UK believes that we need #MoreWomen in positions of power. Check out the video above!

Filmmakers Alex Holder and Alyssa Boni created a short film set to the tune of Zulli’s “Get Your Way” (which I’m now in love with) using images of women in group photos. First you see the group photo, then the men are removed to show just how many (or, how few) women are actually participating. It’s easy to make a show of “diversity” by setting your ONE female at the center of a photo…but that doesn’t change the fact that she’s the only one there.
