Hi everyone! We’re aware that the website is down. Our ninjas are working on it now to get it back up ASAP!

Convention ticket buying is always a stressful time, particularly when it comes to San Diego Comic Con. But now it looks like New York Comic Con is aiming to gray just as many hairs as its West Coast compatriot: many buyers are reporting problems with the website, including long wait times and error messages. But it’s okay! They’re on the case as we speak, and have news for people trying to get their 4-day fix.
In addition to the above, NYCC’s official Twitter has this to say for itself:
If you’re already in the queue, don’t hit refresh! When it’s your turn, you’ll be able to purchase tickets. #NYCC #NYCCTix — New York Comic Con (@NY_Comic_Con) June 26, 2014
If you were attempting to buy tix & received an error, hit BACK, click BUY TICKETS & your browser cookies should keep them in your cart!

The other good news is while there are also many reports of error messages, lots of people are also claiming that they did get their tickets, so at least that’s a thing that is capable of happening and they aren’t just pulling our leg. Did you get yours?
