There’s an interesting premise set up in this trailer for One & Two, a new movie coming in August. In it, Eva (Kiernan Shipka, Mad Men) and her brother, Zac (Timothée Chalamet) are held captive on their father’s farm. Ostensibly there’s a reason to their father’s overzealous protection of his kids, but his incredibly overbearing, controlling nature ultimately leads one of the kids to want to escape… using her supernatural powers (whaaaaaaaat).

That’s the hook, here. Eva and Zac both have freaky teleporting powers. It’s hinted that they might have something more than that, though. The trailer here is moody, it’s incredibly stylish, and it’s got an intriguing enough premise. Check it out for yourself, and maybe give the movie a shot, opening in select theaters this August.
