J.K. Rowling announced this morning that there was a brand new piece of her fiction available on the Pottermore website starting today: a Quidditch World Cup commentary from Ginny Potter, née Weasley, in her later life as a senior wizarding sports commentator for the Daily Prophet. In other J.K. Rowling writing news, the author’s first foray into screenwriting has a release date. We’ll all be seeing Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, starring Newt Scamander, on November 18th, 2016.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
