After yesterday’s Hollywood Reporter article where producer Eric Kripke announced that his TV adaptation of Neil Gaiman‘s seminal Sandman is not currently moving forward, the blogosphere basically took this as a sign that the show wasn’t happening.

But now Geoff Johns, Chief Creative Officer of  DC Comics, tweeted the above. So… we guess it’s still on? But maybe Kripke is no longer involved? Do they need a new producer before moving forward? How likely is this? Does it stand a chance of being even remotely good?

Seriously Geoff. Don’t tease us about this.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
