For those that don’t use body wash and have to rely on good old-fashioned bar soap, has Kickstarter got the project for you: Nesting bar soap. Dubbed Stack Soap, the top part of the new bar of soap has a groove where the previous bar of soap — now a sliver — can be placed and used, rather than pile up underneath the new bar of soap in the soap dish. Due to the nature of soap and water, the sliver will meld into the new bar of soap after some use. The Kickstarter project has 19 days left for funding, and has already surpassed its $9,000 goal, sitting just under $13,000 at the time of this post.

As someone who uses bar soap over body wash for a variety of reasons, and continually breaks the thin sliver in half but can’t bring himself to throw it away because there’s actually still a decent amount of soap left, Stack Soap sounds like a shower dream. If making your daily routine less annoying is something you’re all about, head on over to the Kickstarter page and drop some coin.
