Have you spent all of your money yet? Today in the Steam Summer Sale, we have a bunch of war games, a pretty good indie games bundle, and some other things that might tickle your fancy, assuming your fancy is still ticklish after all this fancy-tickling the summer sale has brought.
Today in the Steam Summer War Game Sale, we have Call of Duty: Black Ops, Spec Ops: The Line, Company of Heroes, and Wargame: European Escalation. If you are gaining genre fatigue, there’s Stronghold 3 Gold. If you want to see what it’s like to be a train, there’s Train Simulator 2012, and if you want to commit crimes unforgivingly and also go bowling, there’s Grant Theft Auto IV. If you want to be edgy and paint your nails some shade of black and listen to a moody soundtrack while playing a decent platformer, you can nab yourself LIMBO, which isn’t included in the Indie Games Bundle VI for some reason. What is included, however, is the interestingly titled AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome, DEFCON, SpaceChem, Ticket to Ride, and Trauma. Like the other indie bundles on Steam, if you generally buy the Humble Indie Bundles or some of the other indie bundles that are constantly available, you probably already own most of those games. If not, well, now’s the time to start owning good things.
As I’ve said before, if you missed a game in a previous daily sale or are tight on cash and waiting for the already low prices to drop further, check out the last day of the sale, which is July 22, as prices of games tend to plummet. Happy purchasing.
