If it weren’t for some of the more outrageous punchlines in this Late Show with Stephen Colbert segment, this whole thing about Colbert’s “lifestyle brand” might actually seem incredibly true. Celebrities are all getting into the lifestyle brand game, trying to “curate” lifestyles for us plebes who don’t get to live like, well… celebrities. They were ripe for parody, and we’re all so glad Colbert was ready and waiting to pick this one up.
