There’s nothing wrong with loving a well made kids cartoon as an adult: you just might have to at some point face the fact that the show is, for better or worse, probably only going to be considered successful by networks based on how well its merchandise sells, not on ratings. It’s just something that television animation fans get used to. This is at least partially why, with all the attention and love for The Super Best Friends Forever shorts on DC Nation, that folks have been clamoring for DC to offer merchandise of the characters in these incarnations.
What I’m trying to say is: If you want there to ever be a chance for SBFF as a full series, go buy a tote or something.
