It’s been a very long time coming, but if you’re a Battlestar Galactica fan, you’ve known about the web series, Blood and Chrome, for quite some time. The series follows William Adama during the first First Cylon War, something we only saw for a clip or two in flashbacks on SyFy’s Battlestar Galactica. After many delays and reworks, the series will finally debut on Machinima Prime this Friday.
If you aren’t into YouTube series, never fear, as the ten-to-twelve minute episodes form a full-length movie that will then be released on SyFy sometime during 2013, after the web series completes its run on Machinima Prime.
Unfortunately for fans, SyFy did pass on this as a show, which is why it ended up as a web series. However, if you’re a fan of Galactica, you’ll eat up anything, even a short web series on YouTube. After all, you should, in theory, get to hear people call Adama by his hilarious callsign. I mean, c’mon, Husker.
