The wheel of time has spun inexorably onward and we once again find ourselves here, my friends, in San Diego Exclusive season. This year we’re starting off with the cutest little wooden push puppet ever—a flexible wooden Groot.
Here’s some info from Bif Bang Pow! and Entertainment Earth on the Groot-sclusive: “Measuring a little more than 4-inches tall, this potted Groot wooden push puppet features hand-painting along with some decal elements. Designed similarly to vintage-styled push puppets, you can move the push puppet in various directions depending on how you push the hidden button on the bottom of the pot – providing hours of wobbly fun. And well, because it’s only right… this charming collectible celebrating the extraterrestrial, sentient tree-like creature is crafted out of solid wood, of course!”
Wooden push puppet Groot has a limited production run of 2,400 pieces, and will be available at the Entertainment Earth booth (#2343) at San Diego Comic Con. Every limited edition Groot push puppet will also come with an individually numbered holographic sticker. If you won’t be attending this year (you and me both, kid) you can pre-order a Groot over on Entertainment Earth.
