Have you read I Want My Hat Back by Jon Klassen? It’s a delightful tale about a bear who has lost his hat and stops at nothing until he find it. It may be a children’s book but it has caught the imagination of grown-ups everywhere. So much so that people have started doing parodies of it (you can see a bunch of them on tumblr). But now one has come along that rivals the inventiveness of the orignal. We may be biased. It stars the Doctor.

I Want My Hat Back: The Doctor was illustrated by Heather Crescenzo. In a strange occurance of kismet, on Crescenzo’s deviantart page she mentions she has a sidekick…who is a bear. Gentleman Bear to be exact. It makes us wonder if this wasn’t all somehow meant to be. Anyway, if you haven’t yet seen the original you can view that here but without further ado, let’s see if the Doctor can find his hat.

True to form, Rory. True to form…
