If you’re like me and you have trouble waking up, building up motivation, and you’re constantly hitting snooze on your alarms, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s new app might be for you. Today’s his 44th birthday, but we’re the ones getting a present! The app, appropriately titled “The Rock Clock,” is a “motivational alarm clock” and the second project for Project Rock. The first was the Project Rock Bag, and the third and fourth are yet to be revealed.

While most of us already have alarm clocks or alarms set on our phone, The Rock Clock is filled with features that help you live your life more like The Rock. For starters, you can activate “Rock Time” which syncs your schedule with Johnson’s. Be aware, the man wakes up ridiculously early and there is no snooze button because “The Rock is not a fan of that button.”

The coolest features, in my opinion, are the 25 ringtones you can choose from that The Rock made himself! In “Good Morning Sunshine” he plays guitar and sings to you, “Classic Alarm” is the Rock going “beep beep beep beep, I can do this alllllll morning, beep beep beep” and “Ring Ring” consists of him saying the words “ring ring” over and over in a progressively aggressive tone. I find it nice because it kind of reminds me of when I was younger and my mom would wake me up. Is that weird? You also get video messages from The Rock, who offers up general advice and encouragement.

There were a couple of suggestions for goals you can set, so I picked “Eat healthier. More green stuff” since I’ve been eating a lot of late night pizza recently. I tend to use generic wakeup alarms since I start disliking songs I associate with waking up (same with exercise), but I think I might give this a go! Are you going to try out The Rock Clock?
