This year, I got us all a present for my birthday. It’s the return of The Venture Bros. You’re welcome. But even though there are only four seasons of the show, and it’s only a half hour long, any fan will be able to tell you that after a nearly three year hiatus, some things are a little fuzzy. Like… there was this orb that was important at one point, but then it turned out to be broken? And is Phantom Limb still at large or… And whatever happened to Baron Ãœnderbheit, is he still in the Revenge Society? How is Ãœnderland doing under the democratic rule of Girl Hitler? Have I forgotten about these things because they were brought up in minor ways, or because they were never brought up, and if so, is it because they’re going to be important later or because the writers have actually found one of the few plot points that they don’t feel like following up on?

Welcome back to Venture Bros.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
