Things We Saw Today: Rogue One Runs Away With $400 Million in U.S. Box Office

The rebellion lives on, as Rogue One continues to dominate at the cinema. It passed $400 million at the domestic box office this weekend, making it the second best showing of 2016 after Finding Dory. With the combined successes of Dory, Rogue One, Captain America: Civil War, and its other releases, Disney took home more than a quarter of the U.S. movie market share this year. So it looks like that rebellion might actually be funding an empire. (via The Hollywood Reporter)

  • Sesame Street Fighter, a mashup video game of Street Fighter and Sesame Street, is the ‘”educational” button mashing game you didn’t know you needed.
