All of a sudden I’m excited for Spider-Man: Homecoming, because wow wow wow does Tom Holland know how to bring down the house. Holland and his equally talented co-star Zendaya were on MTV’s Lip Sync Battle and holy mother of everything, what did I just witness?
Holland starts off with a demure verse of “Singin’ In the Rain” but soon morphs full-on into Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and I am … emotionally compromised. I had no idea Holland was such a talented dancer, but have since learned he was a theater kid and starred in the West End’s Billy Elliott musical.
Zendaya tackled Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” and also blew us all away:

I love how fully and joyfully these two committed to the bit and the fun repartee they seem to have. This single-handedly made me actually want to see the new Spider-Man. “They should just use these videos for all their promos instead of making any new trailers,” said our Vivian Kane. Yup.

So what did you spot today with your many spider-eyes?
