Marvel senior editor Bill Morse tweeted a photo today of Thor and Captain America sharing a kiss — of course, that illustration features the current folks wearing the mantles of Thor and Captain America, who we know to be Jane Foster and Sam Wilson respectively. This also means that now you can officially troll all your friends by telling them that Thor and Captain America are locking lips canonically, and of course they’ll all assume you mean Odinson and Steve Rogers, because they’re not caught up on the comic book canon.

Speaking of catching up, how many years do you all think we’ll have to wait before the Marvel movies show us Natalie Portman as Thor, kissing Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson / Falcon / Captain America? Probably around the same time we get a feature film adaptation of Ms. Marvel: No Normal, I guess.
