Looks like @TIME named me as one of “The 30 Most Influential People on the Internet” this year: http://t.co/KWxMZcRl7K

TIME may not be down with Internet slang, but it did recently acknowledge a diverse and international group of people that are changing our world online and IRL as part of its “30 Most Influential People on the Internet” list. You can head over to TIME to read bios, but here’s the list in order of appearance:
- Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg (a.k.a. PewDiePie)
- Taylor Swift
- “The Jester”
- Nash Grier
- Obama.
- Kim Kardashian
- Joy Cho
- Janet Mock
- Justin Bieber
- Ta-Nehisi Coates
- Grace Helbig
- Vani Hari (aka Food Babe)
- Beyoncé
- Gwyneth Paltrow
- Tyler Oakley
- Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, president of Argentina
- Matt Drudge
- Yao Chen
- Bethany Mota
- Alexei Navalny
Readers can vote on which personality is “the most influential,” although history has shown that TIME polls (particularly ones featuring women or people of color) are fairly meaningless—4chan manipulated results in 2009, 2012, and again in 2014.
What do you guys think of the list as it stands? Anyone you’d want to add?
