Good times in Bon Temps.

It’s been a long road, True Blood fans, but it all ends this weekend. In tribute to a show-life well lived, to seven seasons of memories of one sort or the other, to gallons and gallons of fake blood and thousands of tooth extensions… What better way to honor that than by giving away free stuff? Thanks to Insight Editions, we’re offering five lucky winners a copy of True Blood: The Poster Collection, a book of forty removable posters from all eras of the show. Here are the contest details and how to enter:

  • Five randomly chosen winners of our giveaway will get a copy of True Blood: The Poster Collection. Shipping is restricted to the US and Canada.
  • Once the winners are chosen, we’ll message them to get their address info.
  • If you don’t live in the US or Canada but know somebody who lives there whom you trust to forward your prize to you, you can just tell us their address, it’s cool. I mean how would we even know?

To enter, follow us on Tumblr and reblog this post by Sunday, August 24th at 9PM EST. That’s right. Reblog this post, and do it before the finale airs! While we encourage you not to annoy your followers, we’re not the boss of you, and we can’t keep you from reblogging multiple times. We’ll randomly pick five winners and contact them through Tumblr fan mail. You must be following us on Tumblr. Anyone not following TheMarySue will be disqualified. Keep an eye on your messages! Remember, this contest is only available to folks in the US and Canada. (Minus that caveat above, of course.)

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
