Hypocrisy Hilarity ensues!

What happens when a man who campaigned on anti-Muslim rhetoric visits a Muslim country? Hilarity, so far, along with the other Trump trademark: hypocrisy.

But first, before we dive into anything else, let’s all just pause for a moment and bask in the glow of Stephen created-the-platform-for-the-“alt-right” (a hate movement) Bannon looking very much like he’s a concerned that the team he’s on might have said some things to piss off the people he’s meeting.

Take a nationalist out of his own nation and put him among the very people he’s denigrated, and surprise! He almost looks a bit afraid for his safety. Good.

Of course, these are just some lucky shots, and he didn’t look quite so uncomfortable the entire time—but no worries, we’ve got jokes for that, too.

And here is Secretary of State Rex Tillerson dancing awkwardly, which is nothing next to the clip of Donald Trump trying to join in the sword dance and just waving it about like a nincompoop, completely out of time with everyone else, almost as though he hasn’t a goddam clue what’s going on at any given moment.

Lest we forget:

But they hypocrisy train is only just getting started. While he was there, Donald Trump signed a massive arms deal with Saudi Arabia, worth hundreds of billions of dollars. Meanwhile, he previously slammed Hillary Clinton for accepting Saudi money to the Clinton Foundation by saying, “Saudi Arabia and many of the countries that gave vast amounts of money to the Clinton Foundation want women as slaves and to kill gays. Hillary must return all money from such countries!” He suddenly seems not to care about taking that moral stand anymore!

He’s also no longer concerned about the first lady wearing or not wearing a head scarf when visiting there, though he felt much differently when that was Michelle Obama—surprising, I know. There really is one of these tweets for everything.

And then there’s the “bow” that wasn’t a bow, just like Obama’s “bow” that wasn’t a bow, and—you guessed it—there’s a Trump tweet for that:

Again, neither of them was actually bowing, but you know how the Fox News crowd goes with these things. It’s almost like all of Trump’s outrage is just parroting what his base wants to hear/is hearing from Fox News/parrots themselves on Facebook, with no actual conviction behind it! Not convinced? Here’s yet another example:

Meanwhile, conservatives are shouting from the rooftops about the “royal welcome” Trump got, while completely overlooking that it’s entirely a play to his vanity—one world leaders have not-so-secretly planned for. Here, let’s end on an unrelated, comedic note:

Bonus: With Kushner reported to be the “person of interest” inside the White House in the FBI’s investigation into Trump’s Russia ties, it’s just too perfect.
