The piano sheet music-addled degenerates at Dogpile may have finally found their fix: The Virtual Piano is an online piano simulator “for songwriters, singers, producers, and aspiring musicians.” And it sure sounds realistic:
In addition to being a nifty online time-waster, the Virtual Piano serves an instructive purpose: it not only you a feel for what notes and melodies sound like, but it lets you play the chords* in a given key with the push of a button and see the correct fingering on the piano. It sure beats the slow-loading, single-open MIDIs you’ll see on a lot of last-gen music instruction sites.
Check it out: The Virtual Piano.
