William Fichtner Signs On For THREE Independence Day Movies

William Fichtner has apparently signed a three-movie deal to play a “top general” in the next three Independence Day movies. Yeah, that’s right. Three movies.

On the one hand, it’s really great to hear that Fichtner is joining the Independence Day franchise. He’s a great actor who’s known for his roles in Armageddon and Equilibrium, among other parts on TV shows like Prison Break and Crossing Lines. On the other hand, it’s equally as great to hear that there’s three more Independence Day movies coming.

Yes. Happy with all of this news.
