Etsy user Tory Russ has created some really fantastic images of characters from The Hobbit, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter and more by woodburning. “Half-crafter, half-daydreamer, and half-nerd, and not good enough at math to be a scientist, so I burn things instead,” she writes, “I love everything about woodburning – sure it might take a while and you may singe yourself a few times, but ‘who would want to lose hours of their life and a couple skin cells making a woodburned portrait of Boba Fett*?’ said no one ever.” She’s yet to get to that Boba Fett portrait but she’s hoping to one day! Take a look at a few of the prints and boxes she has to offer featuring some of our favorite folks from geek culture.
